       ① The type and quantity of waste refractories. For example, in the iron and steel industry, since refractory bricks can be used more easily than unshaped refractories, consideration should be given to increasing the use ratio of refractory bricks.


       ② Handle the interrelationships between health, pollution, and material value in the recycling process.


       ③ Carry out corresponding research on recycling theory and recycling technology to guide the recycling of waste refractories. For example, in order to improve the purity of high-value materials, the separation technology of the slag layer and the infiltration layer should be improved, and the supervision system for the classification of refractory materials after use should be strengthened; research on separation technology, homogenization technology, and purification technology should be carried out to gradually improve the proportion of recycled materials or The comprehensive utilization of all the genuine granules will be replaced, and the comprehensive utilization level and the added value of the products will be improved to the limit.


       The recycling rate of China's refractory materials is not high. Even if it is reused, it is basically simple to incorporate. Practice has shown that only when combined with advanced regeneration technology can significant economic and social benefits be produced.


       The experimental research results show that: a high proportion of waste refractory materials can be made into high-quality refractory bricks, castables, ramming materials, repair materials, slag splashing furnace charging materials, steel outlet fillers, drainage sand and slagging agents, etc., which are very valuable And the performance of these products can approach or reach the level of the original product, and some can exceed the level of the original product.


       Countries around the world have fully realized that waste refractory is a cheap renewable resource, which can significantly improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises, and the recycling of waste refractories also contributes to environmental protection. Therefore, in the near future, high value-added high-quality recycled products produced with waste refractory as raw materials will develop rapidly, and the reuse rate of waste refractories will increase rapidly, and there is a trend towards zero emissions.
